Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th day of February 1984, on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. She's always been interested in acting. When she studied at Boston University's School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for an enviable career. Noureen then began to audition for different roles. She was given a major part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and was screened across the globe. In 2007, it was awarded an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film. This set the stage for Noureen to succeed in future. When she was a child the actress appeared in numerous films during the 90s including All I Want For Christmas (1991), Patriot Games (1992), Hocus Pocus ( 1993), Now and Then( 1995) and Alaska( 1996). Her role in American Beauty brought her worldwide fame and recognition in 1999. After Ghost World, which was well-received in 2001 and won her the Golden Globe Award nomination, she was then featured in American Beauty.
